*Role: Infrastructure Project manager from Investment Banking Domain.*
*Location: NYC,NY* *Duration: Very Long term* The Project Manager has overall responsibility for managing and driving the various infrastructure pieces related to this effort, including but not limited to: a. Desktop refresh/rollout across 9,000 workstations with high levels of virtualization b. Fiber riser upgrades in our NYC headquarters c. Server capacity planning, budgeting, acquisition and installation oversight to support clients d. Lobby / Reception design and build-out planning e. Physical Security Technology f. Datacenter Migration/Exit Qualifications • Bachelor degree or equivalent • Excellent verbal / written communication skills & ability to interact effectively with various levels of management. • At least 10 years of technical experience, preferably within the Financial Services Industry. • At least 6 years of project management experience. • Ability to undertake large/small scale project management • Enthusiastic learner and an excellent team player • Good grasp of infrastructure concepts within an enterprise environment – both technical and real estate. • Strong client relationship management skills, with focus on delivery. • Ability to plan and organize the work so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably • Ability to adapt/change behavior or plans to better achieve the target/objective • Proficiency in Microsoft toolset including MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint.
