Create, monitor, manage, troubleshoot and patch application landscapes and transport code changes between landscapes in order to provide support of various applications. Reviews growth and performance of landscapes to avoid outages or degradation of service levels. 2. Utilizes advanced administration and troubleshooting techniques to complete complex assignments or to solve difficult problems. 3. Mentors, coaches and supports other IT staff to improve technical abilities; and assist in completion of challenging assignments. 4. Keeps abreast of the latest technologies, and enhancements. Evaluates and tests the integrity and recoverability of application and data by reviewing and testing proper back-up and recovery procedures.
