We have an urgent requirement for *Sr.PeopleSoft HR Consultant *in *Smithfield, RI.* *Sr.PeopleSoft HR Consultant Smithfield, RI**6+ months * This position will Support the review of *HR Systems (PeopleSoft*) for business unit disposal project, which began in June. The project is to prepare for the upcoming IPO and will asses *HR applications *that are being used which are provided by group (RBS) and determine the best way for CFG to get their own tools set in place for their needs. The key focus for the role is to *provide overall project management* of the*various HR sub projects* within the overall* IPO Program*. In addition to the *Project Management responsibilities *there will be an expectation the candidate can perform* fit/gap analysis *against current platforms and business process to target operating model. Assess current data and interfaces for impact based on target model. * Build requirements documents*, work with team to create solution design, participate and lead testing efforts and assist with *change management activities.* PeopleSoft experience preferred HR background preferred- *HR business Analyst*with People Soft. *9.0 PeopleSoft *exp is preferred.
