*Senior IT Project Manager (Infrastructure Services) * Location: Plymouth, MN or Hartford, CT Only GC/Citizens The interview process is a Phone and In Person In this visible and critical role, the PM will lead infrastructure projects in support of large-scale enterprise change initiatives. Partner with senior business and IT leaders across the Our Client’s enterprise to integrate multiple business areas or systems. You must have experience with project managing infrastructure, server based and complex projects (implementing Web, App, DB and middleware components), and utilizing Webex for virtual meetings. Candidates with an MBA and PMP are preferred. *RESPONSIBILITIES: * ∙Lead a matrixed team of system design engineers, system build engineers and infrastructure technologists to successfully deliver significant infrastructure change in a large-scale enterprise environment ∙Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences ∙Interact with and report regularly to executive project sponsors and senior technology leadership ∙Concurrently manage the infrastructure build-out on multiple corporate change initiatives ∙Provide leadership in steering projects toward defined standard infrastructure solutions, platforms and best practices ∙Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches when appropriate ∙Ensure the infrastructure adheres to the requirements for availability, stability, and efficiency ∙Develop and maintain infrastructure and resource cost estimates ∙Define and manage project schedules, resources, and delivery commitments ∙Complete assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines ∙Manage project risks and issues ∙Delegate, integrate activities, and resolve conflicts *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * ∙5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience at a Fortune 200 company ∙8+ years of Project or Program Management experience integrating multiple business areas or systems ∙8 years’ experience across multiple information systems disciplines demonstrating strong technical acumen and strong infrastructure technology experience and skills ∙High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management. ∙Strong project management and planning skills including experience in successfully managing major projects with use of and adherence to structured methodology ∙Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent IT projects/programs. ∙Proven experience with budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis. ∙Excellent judgment, analytical ability, and problem analysis techniques ∙Ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships and influence decisions from top down and bottom up ∙Proficiency in computer software including Project, Power Point, Excel ∙Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently. ∙Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience *Assets:* ∙PMP Certification ∙Database and Server experience ∙Professional Services or Big 5 Project management experience is desirable ∙Solid understanding of distributed and mainframe technologies ∙Exposure to multiple PM methodologies ∙Healthcare insurance background is a plus Regards Anshu 33 Boston Post Road West, STE 160, Marlborough, MA.
