User Interface Designer/Developer
This candidate will be part of an UI team and work with different Business &
Development teams.
Should be able interpret business requirements and develop wireframes or
prototypes for web applications.
This position does not require backend developer skill sets.

• 5-6 years of experience

◦ jQuery, Angular
JS, Backbone, Knockout
◦ Javascript/Ajax
◦ Popular UI
Frameworks – Bootstrap, HTML BoilerPlate
◦ Drupal &
Sharepoint Themes
◦ Adobe Creative
Suite Web Premium (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent web design & visual design skills & knowledge
of color schemes
• Able to design/develop intuitive user experience
designs
• Able to think & work independently
• Excellent communication skills and able to work with
different teams
• Experience in designing aesthetically pleasing web
applications, CSS themes and icons
• Knowledge of how to employ the jQuery library for
visual effects, event handling and document manipulation
• Best practices in CSS file organization and structure
• Able to hand-code HTML and CSS
• Responsive design concepts
• Experience using open source technologies
• Proficient using Windows platform
• Must be able provide work samples/portfolio URLs
• Methods for degrading gracefully for older browsers (IE
8) and displays
• Able to fix browser compatibility issues (IE, FF,
Chrome & Safari)
