These positions require the person to work at least two days a week on second shift, ie. 2-10p.m. 3-11 p.m. At least a little experience with PHP is required. Besides the PHP, the candidates need to have 2-3 of the other skills listed in the req. Need 3+ years of Linux Admin experience.
