The client prefers local candidates, but he will hire off the phone if the candidate is a very strong match and communicator. *Job Description:* This is a long term consulting opportunity with our direct client in Allentown, PA for a Linux Systems Engineer. *Technical Qualifications:* 1. Technical knowledge and experience with Primarily w/ Red Hat Linux (5.x, 6.x) and/or HP-UX 11.x OS environment 2. Experience with VMWare ESX 5.0 and 5.1 clustered Environments including HA and DR experience 3. Current experience working HP blade enclosures and Cisco UCS blades and rackmounts using boot from SAN technology 4. Experience using Red Hat’s Satellite and Centrify 5.
