Please help to fill below requirement:- *URGENT NEED **L1/L2 support**.* *Location – Salt Lake City, UT* *Rate-$220/day on C2C all inclusive* We have a requirement for L1/L2 support in Salt Lake city (Mid to Jr. profiles) Ø Should be good in L1 support monitoring alert bus, attending issued based on documentation, solving user tickets, reporting issues and following escalation protocol.
