*Key Accountabilities/Key Results*

·         Responsible for designing and deploying critical Wireless LAN
solutions charged against billable hours - ensure deliverables are within
billable hours achieved with positive margins.
within specific competencies throughout the complete services lifecycle –
Assess, Design, Implement, and Manage - drive revenue growth through the
identification / development of specific opportunities for both new and
existing customers

·         Acts as a relationship builder with customer, aligned with the
client technical lead - Increased visibility into customer needs will drive
opportunities to detect new prospects for additional services

·         Maintain a thorough understanding of the external tools that are
required in conjunction with internal tools, systems and processes in order
to develop quality / approved technical proposals to customer - consistent
and systematic delivery of quality service to new and existing customers
enables rapid and cost effective solutions delivery ensuring customer
satisfaction ratings are met or exceeded

·         Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge on a specific
competency within the Orange Business Services product and services
portfolio - maintain and develop technical specialization and
certifications as required

·         Contribution to the Knowledge Management - Bid Management
Repository and participate in the Portfolio Community of Interests - growth
of quality reusable documentation in the Bid Management Repository in
support of proposal development efficiency gains

·         Secure as required additional resources to accommodate specific
customer requirements in accordance with Orange Business Services
established processes and policies - leveraging company resources to
develop specific customer solutions

·         Interface with customers as required in support of internal
sales, operational personnel, or established third party relationships -
solutions meets customer requirements which drives high win rates

·         Expected to act in a coaching role and provide support to less
experienced team members - increased overall competency knowledge base,
drives employee satisfaction and therefore higher retention rates

·         Ensure effective handover to delivery organizations - documented
solutions are delivered on time and in compliance with the solution designs

·         *Financial Responsibilities* - in order to encourage skill growth
for career development and support expansion / strengthening of teaming the
consultant are required to ensure active billable hours are tracked and
within scope of work, driving profitable revenue growth.

·         *People management* - Can act as a team lead on occasion
coordinating / managing as many as 12 individuals for specific assignments
or opportunities. Most of the time the team lead function would be within
region, however it could be a global assignment coordination / management
activity that crosses regional boundaries.

*Knowledge and Abilities*

·         Engage and partner with customer at appropriate technical level

·         Design and deliver solutions which provide high value throughout
the full life cycle of the contract against billable hours

·         Identify and develop key partner and vendor relationships as
required to deliver fully integrated solutions

·         Participation in virtual team construct across multiple groups,
with the ability to manage and direct engineers to deploy low level design

*Education, Qualifications, and Certifications*

·         *Bachelor’s Degree or relevant technical field degree*

*·         Successful completion and passing score for Cisco Identity
Services 500-254 ISE exam (for ISE ATP cert)  *

*·         CCIE Wireless and/or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional
(ACMP)*

*·         CCDP*

*·         Following are additional certifications that will be beneficial,
but not required:  Any Cisco Security Certifications, Aruba Certified Clear
Pass Professional (ACCP) and CCDP*

*Experience*

·         Minimum of 5 years related work experience in customer facing
organizations within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent (military
services, etc.)

·         Experience with AP design and placement using Airmagnet’s Design
Planner and Active/Passive Survey

·         Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and implications on
Wireless LAN deployment

·         Designing and deploying Cisco ISE in LAN/WLAN/VPN environment

·         Deploying Cisco Prime Infrastructure in LAN/WLAN/VPN environment

·         Understanding of  Aruba WLAN product offerings with ability to
understand and work in both Cisco and Aruba environments depending on
client requirements

·         Understand Cisco and Aruba WLAN product offerings

·         Demonstrated project leadership skills

·         MDM Integration
