*Responsibilities:*

Responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraints of
scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet
customer satisfaction. Manage and lead the team of professionals assigned
to the Project ensuring their correct appointment, management, motivation,
assessment and control of their activities and achievements. Gathering and
tracking requirements, communicating with stakeholders, problem solving,
educating the business users about local and corporate IT practices/needs
and designing implementation strategies including training. Collaborate
with senior levels in maintaining relationships with internal and external
customers. Organize the resources needed to achieve the desired result in
the Project.

*Requirements:*

   - More than 10 years of work experience in project management in a
   consulting firm.
   - Advanced knowledge of principles, concepts, models, standards and best
   practices of HR processes such as compensation, benefits, performance
   evaluation, reporting.
   - Ability to effectively lead and manage meetings.
   - Experience leading teams in projects or units within software
   implementation /development environments (preferably within the banking
   sector and specifically HR).
   - Experience in dealing with Workshops with functional and technical
   Users to gather requirements.
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   -  Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification Highly preferred.
   -  Functional Knowledge:
      - Advance Knowledge in Banking Sector.
      - Advance Knowledge in HR Processes.
      - Knowledge in Gap analysis and blue print projects/methodologies,
      analyzing processes and executing process reengineering re-engineering.
      - Knowledge in Change Management Methodologies.
      - Real experience running Users Workshops for requirements gathering.
   - Soft skills should include:
      - Team Management
      - Conflict Resolution
      - Result Driven
      - Leadership
      - Working in a team oriented environment
      - Problem solving / critical thinking
