Add CuBox-i installer support.
While there, fix:
* Create cubox ext fs at 1M offset, so that the fs does not
overwrite the u-boot bootloader image.
* Do the same in the installer.
* Don't specify the offset of the OpenBSD partition, our fdisk
does automatically calculate it.
