Hello,

I am currently having problems trying to get ssh2 working between an
SGI box running IRIX 6.4 and a Sun box running Solaris 2.5. I have compiled
the distribution on the SGI box using the configure script with the
following options :-

# configure --with-x --with-libwrap=/usr/local/lib

I have also followed the SSH2.QUICKSTART file which gives information on how
to set up the users keys and passcodes. I started the sshd2 daemon on the
SGI box, and on the client machine (Sun) I started the ssh program to
connect to the server (SGI). This process goes OK and if the -v switches are
used the data exchange between the machines is displayed. The problem comes
when I try to break the connection by typing either logout or exit. The
server side does not seem to pick this command up as nothing is displayed.
The client session just simply hangs. If the sshd daemon on the server is
stopped by pressing CTRL+C then the connection is dropped and control is
returned to the client.

Could someone shed any light on where I am going wrong and how to correct
this problem ?

Any further information about configuration/installation/administration of
the ssh package would be gracefully received.

TIA
