Only if NCD implements an SSH client that runs locally on the X terminal
operating system. (There is a telnet client that runs locally.) If you
have a support contract with NCD, then you can certainly make a request.

Another alternative is to have the X terminals on the same LAN as the
XDM server. If the LAN topology is a switched 10BaseT network, and the
switch is properly configured, then the traffic between an X terminal
and the XDM server should not be visible to other hosts on the LAN.
