Hi Everyone,

I hope this problem has never been raised before, but I am new to the
list and did not fund any way to search through the list archives (maybe
someone could give me some pointers).

In Ssh 1.x, we had a KeyRegenerationInterval (in sshd_config)
parameter, according to the man:

            KeyRegenerationInterval
The server key is automatically regenerated after
this many seconds (if it has been used). The pur-
pose of regeneration is to prevent decrypting cap-
tured sessions by later breaking into the machine
and stealing the keys. The key is never stored
anywhere. If the value is 0, the key is never
regenerated. The default is 3600 (seconds).

But, I did not fund any parameter like this one in ssh 2.x Also, it
does not appear in any documentation or source.

My questions: Why has it been removed? Was it unusefull? Do we any
"new" process which handle the same behaviour?

     Regards,
     Loic.
