Ok, I got tired of seeing a lot of the same questions come over the
list, and then seeing complaints about the faq being out of date. So
I took the first step and did a quick once over of the faq, added
some stuff and hopefully corrected everything that was out of date or
incorrect.
I didn't have time to write an exhaustive resource to SSH, and the
format is still the same as the original.
Take a look and give me your feedback:

If you think that there are questions that should be in the FAQ, send
them to me, preferably with the answer written out as well.
When giving me corrections, updates, etc, it's more likely to make it
in faster if you write the associated text for me. Otherwise I have
to write it, and my job takes a lot of my time as it is :)
