Hmm, I've never seen this program before, but I'm guessing that it 
tries to track the daemon that it started.  Sshd forks off a copy of 
itself upon startup, so your program probably sees that it dies 
immeadiately, but there is an sshd running when it tries to start it 
up again.

That's the way sshd works.  If you want to run sshd under another 
program, you can always run it under inetd...
