It is trivial. When doing remote CVS, CVS allows you to use either the
pserver (which you don't want, in this instance) or rsh. HOWEVER, it
lets you specify the name of the rsh binary in an environment
variable, so all you do is say
export CVS_RSH=ssh
and otherwise do what you would normally do to use rsh for remote CVS,
and you are set.
