Has anyone done any work on SSH with a one time password access such as
skey? I'd settle for just being able to login to a special account with
skey -- and not necessarily the same account I'd use for, say, an
XDM/CDE login.

The reason for this is that there are times when it is not always
possible to trust the integrity of a host and ssh does a great job
for the network traffic, but it obviously can not protect against
something outside its scope.
