Last spring at Comdex in Chicago, Illinois, USA, I had a informal but lengthy discussion with some NCD engineers about the possibly of adding ssh to the existant telnet and rlogin capacities of their terminals. After they learned that ssh 1.2.26 was publically available software, they indicated that it was not a significant task to add such a capacity to their terminals and they would be willing to do so if a sufficient firm demand for such a product were made---on the order of a thousand terminals all together was suggested as being sufficient. They also indicated that the capacity such be installable as a software upgrade to most NCD terminals in the field already. Randolph J.
