TeraTerm uses the SSH1 protocol, and that is incompatible with SSH2.
Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with the cipher you're choosing. Since
I don't know who the administrator of the Linux system is, you may want to
have the administrator install 1.2.27 so you can connect.
