logging an ssh session

I know how dumb this sounds, but is there a way to capture all that is being typed 
during an ssh connection?  

I need to keep a logfile of everything typed when a support person is ssh'd to a site. 
 

So this probably isn't something I can do with ssh, but has anyone heard of a way to 
grab keystrokes and log them?
