What would be the best way to forward on all SSH traffic on from one host
to another? Basically, I'm looking at a setup where people would ssh
to host A, and once we don't want to give them shell access to that
machine, to pass them on to host B. This would likely cross a firewall
boundary. Kind of like:

  Internet -- Firewall -- Host A (DMZ) -- Firewall -- Host B (Intranet)

Or is there any good way to do that?
