NFS is obviosly running over UDP, but on most (I hope) systems
you can run is as well over TCP, on linux you can use the 'tcp'
nfs mount option. The problem is that this all works over
portmapper without any fixed port number. So I mean you'll be
hardly getting the right numbers which you should forward.
