Dear Tamara,
You have to patch "sshunixuser.c", before compiling
the ssh2.0.13 distribution.
You'll find the patch :
http://www.ssh.fi/sshprotocols2/patches/patch-ssh-2.0.13-bsd.tty.chown
I did not find the right way to apply the patch
with the AIX patch command.
I did manually the few changes.
And after it was marvellous : everything works like a charm during
the "make".
