SSH2 w/ SecurID

I have compiled ssh-2.0.13 w/ tcp wrappers and SecurID support.

prompt$ ./configure --with-libwrap=/usr/lib --with-securid=/opt/ace

compiles and links fine.

however it doesn't auth off my passcode instead of my password.  i haven't
been able to find any documentation.

i did set VAR_ACE to /etc/ssh2 where the sdconf.rec

and /etc/securid.users has my username in it
