Help with SSH 2.0.13 on Solaris 2.5.1

First time installing, configuring, and using SSH.  Installed 2.0.13 on a
Solaris 2.5.1 machine.  generated keys but can not find the identity or
indentity.pub files.  Following Getting started with SSH at
www.tac.nyc.ny.us/~kim/ssh.  Are these file automatically created, manually
created, or am I doing something wrong.  Very lost any help would be
appreciated.
