Hi Andres,
This is what you need to do:
# ./configure --with-etcdir=/etc/ssh \
--with-libwrap=/usr/lib/libwrap.a
# make
You don't need the --with-etcdir argument unless you want your files in a
sub-directory in /etc.
Do a this to check where the library is:
# locate libwrap
