I have installed SSH 2.1.0 pl2 on our AIX 4.2.1 machine, and I'm able to open a
secure terminal session with the SSH2 Windows client with no problem.  But I'm
unable to do a secure FTP session; below are the debug results when I try to
open one.  Any idea what might be wrong?
