I'm wondering what sort of key pairs people create. I see four ways:
1. One key pair per user. All clients will have the private key. All servers
will have the public key.
2. One key pair per user per server. All clients needing access to the server
will have the private key for that server.
3. One key pair per user per client. All servers needing access from the client
will have the public key for that client.
4. One key pair per user per client per server. I don't really consider this as
being a choice since the number of key pairs will explode combinatorially.
