Reg ssh

I hav downloaded ssh2 & Installed in my Linux
(Redhat 6.1) & it is working,But I am unable to connect from my windows 95.I am having 
teraterm & tttssh client software in my windows from ttssh i am unable to connect, it 
says connection refused.My port settings and ip is correct.Port is default 22 & i gave 
the same port.Can u pl. help me out.
