telnet login

is there a way to login to ssh via telnet, like my server is linux and i
may be at some random windows computer that isn't mine and i'll need to
login,
so i would run
telnet mydomain.com 22
it give a banner message, but i'm not sure how to login from there, there
isn't a login prompt and i'm hoping there is some command to login, or is
this not possible what i'm trying to do?
