no, openssh does not implement SFTP, since SFTP is a proprietary
protocol and no public specification exists. note also, that SFTP
is independant from the SSH2 protocol. you can however get a
recent version of openssh and use the Subsystem command in sshd_config
in combination with a sftp-server from the restricted ssh-2.2.x
distributions.
