well, if you dont mind using the ssh1 protocol my personal favorite is
pscp.exe.  its from the people that make putty.exe.  basically, its just a
command line thing that you fun from a dos prompt.  I know that some of
the gui ones have a file transfer thing in them, but alas, i dont use
windows so i dont know too much about them.
