SCP not working with crontabs

I have a script that uses scp to get and send files from a
remote host.  I set up RSA and it seems to work fine when i run it as the
user.  However, when i run it under a crontab it cant do any of the scp
stuff.  I get an error of 65280.  


Any ideas?
