Hi,
I m trying to establish a chroot environment for a particular user in Liniux
environment. I have sshd2 running and I updated the sshd2_config file based
on the man page where I set ChRootUsers to the user XX1. When I do a sftp2
as userXX1 I get the following error message
Machine1> sftp2 SSHDMachine
XX1@SSHDMachine's password:
sftp> Warning: child process (ssh2) exited with code 254.
I want to set the access of XX1(user) to be within the jail of his home dir.
(i.e)/home/XX1 and lower in the dir path. Can somebody tell me as to what I
m doing wrong with the settings and how to give the jailed access to the
user.
