Hi,
if you use "with-default-path" ssh installs in /usr/local/... .
Your default-Path settings on Solaris seem to be /usr/bin .
So scp is not found during connection. Try to symlink ssh and scp
in /usr/bin or expand your PATH-Environment to /usr/local/bin.
