Hi Mike,

SSH1 will not compile with the newer Kerberos libs at all without the
patch I wrote. It should be on the list somewhere, I'll send it if you
need it. However, ssh-2.3.0 should compile just fine, actually It won't
work with the older Kerberos libs only the new ones.
