I've got ssh 1.2.30 running on a Sun server under Solaris 7 that is
having problems.

If I just ssh in to the server and logout, everything works fine. If I
ssh in to the server, start a background process, like Netscape
Enterprise Server, and then try to exit, the connection hangs till I use
the ~ to escape the connection. This only happens under Korn Shell, and
C Shell, under Bourne Shell it works properly. It appears to be
something with job control hanging ssh but I can not think of what it
could be.

Thanks.
