I have solved the problem. It was due to the hosts.allow file
set incorrectly.
What I had before:
/usr/sbin/sshd: ALL
It does not work.
It should be:
sshd: ALL

The remote host message is:

host.
The configuration is default. Could anyone enlighten me
here?
