Hi all, I try to log as one of my user from one machine to another. (from kite ot penguin) It works well using telnet but not using ssh. I got the message "Permission denied, please try again." from the client machine. And on the server side: Oct 15 19:35:47 penguin sshd[30248]: Failed password for dds from 172.16.115.4 port 912 Oct 15 19:35:52 penguin last message repeated 2 times Oct 15 19:35:52 penguin sshd[30248]: Connection closed by 172.16.115.4 Oct 15 19:35:52 penguin sshd[30248]: Cannot close PAM session: System error But he reverse works well (from penguin to kite). Any Idea??? Is there something ot do with NIS (penguin is a NIS server here) I use onpenssl-0.9.6 and openssh-2.2.0p1 compiled on redhats 6.1 machines.
