Problem Compiling OpenSSH on HP-UX 10.20

Hi,

I am getting the following error, when compiling OpenSSH on an HP-UX 10.20
:

checking for executable suffix... configure: error: installation or
configuratio
n problem: compiler cannot create executables.

I checked the file system, I have enough space (2Gb), the right on the
directory is 777.
