I am using tcp wrappers with this version of ssh -I belive I removed the
wrappers and there was no difference..

My shell hangs as  I start any GUI based programs via the X11 forwarding of
ssh, however, the GUI works.  The shell never recovers, forcing me to kill
the window and relogin.
