Remote Port Forwarding

Does the server portion of OpenSSH support remote port forwarding?  In 
other words, can I use the -R option on the client to forward a port in the 
reverse direction.  I've got this working with the daemon from sssh.com, 
but I can't get it working with OpenSSH.
