Standard input is not a file. You can't cp it either. The proper syntax
has been explained in maybe ten different posts today.

The existing functionality is quite sufficient. The preferable way, of
course, would be for people to read the instructions, but of course
that's way too hard to implement, and no amount of work from SSH Inc.
will change that.
