Hi, Jason!

The -P option with ssh did it :)! Thanks a bunch! So, can you tell me how I set
up ipchains to avoid this problem? I tried scp but using "-o -P" (to pass the
-P option to ssh) was apparently the wrong syntax, and the man-page didn't
clear it up for me. Do I have to remove firewalling completely? Here's what it
looks like:

# ipchains -L
Chain input (policy ACCEPT):
target prot opt source destination ports
DENY udp ----l- anywhere anywhere any -> 0:1023
DENY tcp ----l- anywhere anywhere any -> 0:1023
Chain forward (policy DENY):
Chain output (policy ACCEPT):
#

I suppose I could figure it out from the docs but any hints would be helpful
<:).

Thanks,

Olof
