OpenSSH Exportation Issues

Hi, we are a co-location / web hosting company thinking about bundling
OpenSSH into our web servers. Are there any exportation issues if we plan to
have international customers who will be accessing remotely into their
servers located here in the US using OpenSSH. (Customer would have the
client-side program, and are located, say, in England.)

Is OpenSSH protected under GPL, and therefore the exportation laws on
encryption do not apply?
