Yes, look at the ssh-keygen program under OpenSSH. It will convert from one
format to another. The following options are available:
-x Take private OpenSSH DSA file and output an SSH2-compatible
public key file.
-X Will convert an SSH2 file to an OpenSSH file. If you want to
convert a private SSH2 key file you will need to make sure
it is unencrypted (no passphrase). It will then produce the
OpenSSH version of the file.
