Subsystem sftp /usr/local/libexec/sftp-server
Make sure that sftp-server was compiled and in the right place.
Now I have another question: Are there any configuration options for sftp-server at all? I have found no documentation whatsoever for this. What I'd like is the ability to chroot people to their home directory as with wuftp or any other ftp server. I've tried using a custom shell script to do it will little success.
