Just use:

        rpm --rebuild openssh...src.rpm

It should extract into dirs under /usr/src/redhat and build.  The resulting
rpms will be in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386.  I think there are 4 or 5 binary 
files produced.

Then just run rpm to install:

        cd /usr/src/redhat/i386
        rpm -Uvh openssh*.i386.rpm
