Any ideas? Someone suggested firewall problems but I am within a firewall.

I have a problem connecting to a few servers that have OpenSSH 2.3p1 
installed. It seems to happen after I ran up2date on a redhat 7 
workstation install. It downloaded OpenSSH 2.4p1 (I think). Here is the
